hey there, friend!

I'm Sally Galloway

PAEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST. COACH. MENTOR.

I've been in your shoes, diving into Early Childhood Education and Care, eager to make a difference for each child. Some days, it feels like we're running on empty in terms of time, resources, and energy. Creating an exceptional Early Education and Care environment isn't a solo mission – it's a collaborative team effort!

I understand – expectations are high. They want us to do things a certain way, document every detail, and craft environments for each child. It's challenging because it feels like we lack quality time with the child, and some days, it's like we're spinning our wheels.

Does this sound familiar?

Bringing in external experts faces roadblocks, like parents not being on the same page or waiting endlessly for assistance.

Does this sound familiar to your experiences? With my background working in early education and care, assisting in over 25 services in 2023, and leading the Occupational Therapy work in more than 650 services, I can attest that many educators share these sentiments.

That's where I step in!

I've genuinely listened to what you're grappling with, and I'm here to shake things up. I want to make learning meaningful and enjoyable for you, ensuring you have everything you need to excel at your job and support each child just as you envisioned when you started this journey.

I'm so excited you're here - and I can't wait to help!

I USED TO THINK IT WAS THE CHILD WHO NEEDED TO DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY...

That’s when I decided to do things differently and everything changed.
