An equal partner — not an expert with all the answers.
I work alongside you as an equal partner. The people closest to children are the ones who make real change happen.
My role is to bring the evidence, the framework, and the shared language — and to build something together that gives every child in your care meaningful access to all that early learning has to offer.
That is what this work is for.
Every journey starts somewhere.
Build the shared language
Regulation Rituals® gives your whole team a common framework — the foundation everything else is built on.
Understand your environment
Together we look at what your space, your practice, and your documentation are communicating.
Go deeper
We build from there — through coaching, professional development, and structured support designed around your team.
You do not have to start at step one. Connect with me and we will work out where you are.
Regulation Rituals® is the foundation everything else is built on.
Intensive Immersion
A deep, structured engagement — working through your team's practice, your environment, and your children's needs together.
Coaching
Building your confidence and capacity as a leader, session by session, alongside you.
Environmental Audit
Together we review what your environment is communicating — to children, to families, and to your team.
Regulation Rituals® — the shared language
When your whole team understands the same framework, everything becomes possible. This is where we begin.
Most services begin with Regulation Rituals® because a shared language is what makes everything above it possible. Every plan beyond that is built alongside you.
The tools and the method to make belonging possible.
Every child in your room deserves meaningful access to the full richness of what early learning has to offer. These are the tools and the method to make that possible — together.
Regulation Rituals®

Your team learns together. They develop a shared language. And because the method is designed around the ordinary rhythm of early learning, the knowledge holds.

Consulting & Coaching
This is someone who gets it and works with you — bringing their lens to your specific context, your specific children, and what your team is already doing well.
Whatever the format, the work is done alongside you — because you are the one who knows these children.
For leaders who want to think differently about what they are seeing and build the confidence to lead change. Fortnightly or monthly — a sustained partnership.
A focused session on a specific challenge — a child with complex needs, a team dynamic, a quality area you're strengthening. We work through it together.
Sensory & Inclusion Audit
A structured review of your environment, practice, and documentation — with a clear, prioritised action plan developed alongside you.
We walk your space together and look at how the day actually unfolds for the children who find it hardest — then leave you with a prioritised plan you can act on straight away.
Intensive Immersion
The most structured and comprehensive way to work together.
A deep, sustained engagement with your team, your environment, and your children's needs — worked through together over a dedicated period.
You come out of it with more than a report. You come out with a shared understanding of exactly where you are and exactly what to do next — built alongside the people who are going to do it.
- Structured engagement with your team & environment
- Observation, consultation & documentation review
- Written summary with prioritised action plan
- Developed together — not handed down

Meaningful access — at home as much as anywhere.
The same evidence-based framework that is changing practice in early learning environments across Australia — built for the everyday moments of family life.
Regulation Rituals® at Home
Regulation Rituals® at Home takes the shared language and evidence-based framework used by educators across Australia and translates it into the ordinary rhythm of family life.
Because every child deserves meaningful access — at home as much as anywhere. The morning routine, the dinner table, the transition back from kindy. Join the waitlist to be first to know when it opens, and to receive founding member access.

- The 8 Senses and what they mean for practice
- Co-regulation: what it is, what it is not, and why it matters

Not sure where to start?
Every plan is built alongside you — which means the first step is a conversation.
Services delivered by Sally Galloway are professional education, consultation and capacity-building for early childhood educators and services. They are delivered at a whole-group and universal level and are not occupational therapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment or intervention for individual children. No therapeutic relationship is formed with any child or family through these services.
Services are not claimable through Medicare, private health insurance or the NDIS. Kindy Uplift and Preschool Boost eligibility is subject to each service's funding and priorities. Where individual child concerns exist, services should follow their own referral pathways and recommend families seek an individual assessment from a registered allied health practitioner.
